4. How We Store Personal Information:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Heeyl takes all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information. When we collect or you submit Personal Information to Heeyl through the Site or by using our services, your Personal Information is protected both online and offline. Heeyl takes all reasonable measures to ensure that any Personal Information which is transmitted to us is stored securely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While we use encryption methods to protect digital\/electronic Personal Information, we also take all reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information offline, in paper format. We will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access and\/or modification or disclosure.<\/span><\/p>\n

All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the physical files, and\/or computers\/servers on which Heeyl stores your Personal Information or through which communications with Heeyl or its service providers are facilitated, are kept in a secure and private environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heeyl\u2019s files are reviewed regularly to ensure that only reasonably necessary information is retained. Should we no longer require the use or storage of your Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. At your request or as otherwise contemplated in this Policy, Heeyl may remove any of your Personal Information from our records, unless we, in our sole discretion, consider it reasonable to retain such Personal Information<\/span><\/p>\n

5. When We Share Personal Information:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Heeyl strictly controls access to your Personal Information to the following individuals within or related to our Heeyl:<\/span><\/p>\n

(i) Heeyl employees and\/or service providers who are required to have access to the Personal Information in order to carry out their normal functions and for Heeyl to provide its services effectively;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

(ii) Heeyl employees who are required to have access to the Personal Information in order to analyze our performance to better improve our services;<\/span><\/p>\n

(iii) Related corporate entities, affiliates, and\/or subsidiaries, for purposes consistent with this Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

When submitting any Personal Information to Heeyl, using our services, or by visiting the Site, you consent to the disclosure and use of your Personal Information by, a Heeyl physician and\/or service provider, Heeyl employees and\/or officers, and any Heeyl advisors; this access shall be limited to only those individuals for whom such access is necessary for Heeyl to provide and analyze its services.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are the sole owners of the Personal Information. We will not sell, lease or rent the information to others. However, we may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From time to time, third party service providers may perform services for Heeyl; your Personal Information will only be shared with any such service providers to the extent that it is required for the performance of their services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Heeyl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time, effective when posted. Please read the Policy each time you visit the Site.
