We at Heeyl Inc. (“Heeyl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect and value your privacy. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit, register an account, or make any purchases and/or use any services in connection with www.heeyl.com (“Site”). This Policy shall govern the relationship between those individuals who visit the Site (“Users,” “you,” or “their”) and Heeyl, in addition to any further agreements between you and Heeyl.

1. What Personal Information is Collected:

When any Users visit the Site, we may obtain and/or collect information that may identify your device, you, or by which your device and/or your identity might be reasonably determined, including but not limited to: your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, IP address, payment and billing information, cookies, beacons, medical information as is necessary to carry out our services, or details regarding our conversations with you (“Personal Information”).

Personal Information will generally only be used to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected. Heeyl may use your Personal Information as otherwise described in this Policy or at the time of collection, and for, including but not limited to, the following purposes:

(i) to carry on Heeyl’s normal operations and to effectively provide our services;

(ii) to efficiently and effectively maintain your account and contact details;

(iii) to provide services to Users;

(iv) to respond to requests or inquiries from Users and to communicate with them about their accounts or orders, and for similar customer service-related purposes;

(v) to process User payments;

(vi) to put into effect or enforce a transaction or agreement with a User;

(vii) to customize the information we send or display to Users, including to market our services;

(viii) to analyze our services or internal operations;

(ix) to provide Users with information about Heeyl or Heeyl’s services that we believe may be of interest, including to send marketing/promotional e-mails, and any other information/updates/promotions in regard to our services, terms, and/or policies;

(x) to improve the Site, its offerings or our services and to better understand how Users access and use the Site;

(xi) where its use is required or authorized by law and/or to comply with any legal requirements, including but not limited to law enforcement investigations, subpoenas, or summons, at the local/municipal, state/provincial, or federal/national levels, as the case may be;

(xii) to respond to any complaints/actions/claims against Heeyl;

(xiii) to administer the Site and keep it safe and secure;

(xiv) to fulfill any orders for services placed through the Site which may include processing your payment information, generating and supplying invoices and/or order confirmations;

(xvi) to screen orders for potential risk or fraud;

(xx) for any purpose for which Heeyl has your consent.

4. How We Store Personal Information:

Heeyl takes all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information. When we collect or you submit Personal Information to Heeyl through the Site or by using our services, your Personal Information is protected both online and offline. Heeyl takes all reasonable measures to ensure that any Personal Information which is transmitted to us is stored securely.

While we use encryption methods to protect digital/electronic Personal Information, we also take all reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information offline, in paper format. We will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access and/or modification or disclosure.

All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the physical files, and/or computers/servers on which Heeyl stores your Personal Information or through which communications with Heeyl or its service providers are facilitated, are kept in a secure and private environment.

Heeyl’s files are reviewed regularly to ensure that only reasonably necessary information is retained. Should we no longer require the use or storage of your Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. At your request or as otherwise contemplated in this Policy, Heeyl may remove any of your Personal Information from our records, unless we, in our sole discretion, consider it reasonable to retain such Personal Information

5. When We Share Personal Information:

Heeyl strictly controls access to your Personal Information to the following individuals within or related to our Heeyl:

(i) Heeyl employees and/or service providers who are required to have access to the Personal Information in order to carry out their normal functions and for Heeyl to provide its services effectively;

(ii) Heeyl employees who are required to have access to the Personal Information in order to analyze our performance to better improve our services;

(iii) Related corporate entities, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries, for purposes consistent with this Policy.

When submitting any Personal Information to Heeyl, using our services, or by visiting the Site, you consent to the disclosure and use of your Personal Information by, a Heeyl physician and/or service provider, Heeyl employees and/or officers, and any Heeyl advisors; this access shall be limited to only those individuals for whom such access is necessary for Heeyl to provide and analyze its services.

We are the sole owners of the Personal Information. We will not sell, lease or rent the information to others. However, we may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

(i) if the Personal Information is anonymized/deidentified, meaning it cannot be used to identify you;

(ii) to our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, partners, and other third parties we use to support our business;

(iii) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about the Site’s Users is among the assets transferred;

(ix) for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; or

(x) with your prior consent.

From time to time, third party service providers may perform services for Heeyl; your Personal Information will only be shared with any such service providers to the extent that it is required for the performance of their services.

6. Your Choices as to Personal Information:

Should you wish to:

(i) see what Personal Information of yours we have, if any;

(ii) modify or correct any of your Personal Information;

(iii) remove any of your Personal Information from our records;

(iv) discuss any concerns you may have in regard to your Personal Information;

(v) opt out of any future contact from Heeyl,

you may request to do so by emailing or calling Heeyl, using the contact information on the Site. Heeyl reserves the right to deny such requests only where we deem it reasonable to do so at our sole discretion.

Certain web browsers may allow Users to provide “do not track” signals to websites. The Site does not respond to “do not track” signals.

7. Third Party Websites and Changes to Policy:

The Site may contain links to other websites; we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites.

Heeyl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time, effective when posted. Please read the Policy each time you visit the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or services constitutes your acceptance and understanding of the Policy as in effect at the time of your use.

8. Users in the United States of America (“USA”):

When the Site is accessed, viewed, or used by a User

from the USA;
with an Account registered to an address in the USA;
from an IP address in the USA; or
to register an Account with an address in the USA,

Heeyl shall be understood to mean Heeyl LLC, an American corporate entity.
